Accu-Shuttle Robotic Weld Cell

The Accu-Shuttle™ by AccuBilt offers a complete shuttle MIG welding system with either single or dual robots and shuttling fixture plates. Each cell features a pair of 24" x 36½" x ¾ tables mounted to pneumatically driven shuttles with a 500 lb capacity for part flexibility. The Accu-Shuttle™ delivers unmatched productivity with ZERO index time (when load time is less than weld time), making it more efficient than systems with turntables or indexers. A variety of customizations and tooling options are available.
